Tobias Wussler krempelte im Schwarzwald mit dem „Ponyhof“ nicht nur das badische Wirtshaus seiner Eltern um, sondern die ehrwürdigen kulinarischen Traditionen der ganzen Region gleich mit. Das ist sogar Vorbild für Restaurants in Bahrain und das Tomorrowland in Belgien.
